- Training is composed from my martial arts background; teaching the body to be strong and to be fighting fit as a Thai Fighter. This can be good for beginners to advanced.
- The training is fun and safe!
Content of lessons will comprise of a warm up then the body of the lesson will include a variety of exercises including pad work (mits, kickshields), small weights, skipping, push ups, sit ups, medicine ball. A warm down and stretching concludes the lesson.
