Private Lessons: one on one training to suit needs

  • Group sessions: 45 min – 1 hour of fitness training
  • Self Defence: 2 hour course – men only, women only or men & women

Locations

    • Phillips Dojos: 14 Government Rd Nedlands
    • Your office building
    • A park close to your workplace
    • Car park (undercover is best)

Insurance

  • Covered by Momentum Premium
  • All care is taken to ensure safety while training
  • Sensei Glen holds a current First Aid Certificate

Training

  • Training is composed from my martial arts background; teaching the body to be strong and to be fighting fit as a Thai Fighter. This can be good for beginners to advanced.
  • The training is fun and safe!

Content

Content of lessons will comprise of a warm up then the body of the lesson will include a variety of exercises including pad work (mits, kickshields), small weights, skipping, push ups,  sit ups, medicine ball. A warm down and stretching concludes the lesson.

  • how often you require training
  • whether it is a long term or short term plan
  • how many participants
  • which program you require
