LITTLE DRAGONS
Early learning program introducing young students to martial arts fundamentals in a fun, safe environment. Building confidence, coordination, and discipline from the start.

KIDS FMA
Classes split by belt level — White/Yellow, Orange/Blue, and Green/Brown/Black. We blend traditional and modern techniques to challenge students and build martial arts awareness.

ADULT FMA
Freestyle Martial Arts for adults — combining fitness with multiple fighting styles, focusing on practical, real-life self-defence skills.

MUAY THAI
The art of eight weapons — hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Taught by Sensei Roy, our Muay Thai classes build devastating striking skills and total-body fitness.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Ground fighting, grappling, and submission holds with Coach Dorn. BJJ teaches you to control opponents regardless of size — a critical self-defence skill.

JAPANESE SWORDSMANSHIP
Shin Sei Kan WA School of Japanese Swordsmanship. Learn the ancient art of the sword — combat techniques and training with traditional edged weapons.

LADIES SELF-DEFENCE
