Yoga

  Our Instructor Ragen teaches a dynamic flow sequence of postures the keep you moving! Suitable for any body type and all levels because YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY. Yoga newbies and advanced yogis are welcome.

You'll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work to build strength with flexibility, balance and stillness.

If you want to try Yoga, at any age, body type, or for any reason, that desire to try is all that's required! Can't touch your toes? No problem, yoga will loosen you up. Weak upper body? Perfect, yoga will build your strength, progressively at your own pace. Don't know your tadasana from you savasana? Don't worry, we'll speak English and give you plenty of specific instructions so you'll never feel lost. 

We are offering the first class FREE, then $15 cash on the day thereafter.

Drop your child at Martial Arts while you go up and do yoga.
